I was going to wear it to the Christmas Eve service last night.
I was only about an inch and a half or two inches away from buttoning the waist.
Either need to get onto this exercise thing, or I need to buy a bigger black suit.

Wow, I can totally relate! I had set a goal to reach a certain weight (which no one needs to know) by my 50th birthday. I got within two pounds, and then my birthday happened....and then Christmas happened...and now I don't even want to get on the scale! I guess I can shoot for reaching my goal before I turn 51, right? So, I have a whole year, don't I? Maybe I should check out that website Matt suggested. : )
